Why Infinyx exists
Infinyx was born out of real operational pressure, not theory. Before starting Infinyx, I was CEO of LINK Community & Transport, where we had to deliver more services without increasing admin overhead.
The problem
Billing and operations were drowning in spreadsheets, manual cross-checks, and “fix it later” workflows. It created delays, errors, staff frustration, and unreliable reporting.
The approach
We built exception reporting, automated finance workflows, improved client communications, and integrated systems so issues were caught early — not after the damage.
The result: less firefighting, fewer errors, and more time for client-facing work. Those solutions are still running today.
How we work
Clear steps, fast momentum, and no surprises.
1) Diagnose
We map bottlenecks and identify high-return automation opportunities.
2) Design
We design the solution around your systems, risk profile, and staff reality.
3) Deliver
We build and deploy in iterations so you see results early.
4) Embed
We document, hand over, and ensure adoption sticks.
